You can tell when a company has good leadership. Nate is creative, calm and has a vision for what is necessary to solve irrigation problems. We were having issues with river birch roots creating obstructions to certain areas. More than once (due to circumstances out of his control) it took significant problem solving to alleviate. He's flexible and gets involved in his crew's work as necessary. Speaking of his crew, they are respectful and open to listening to the home owner while on-site. Diamond's prices are fair, and a business relationship is a two-way street. If you are flexible and communicative, he'll take care of you. I'd recently referred Nate to one of my siblings for a significant project just this summer. I'd highly recommend!

We recently had the opportunity to work with Diamond Irrigation Co. Our experience with this company was outstanding! Nate, the owner was very responsible and professional! He listened and understood our problems and promptly he sent his technicians over to help us with the issues we had! Within minutes the technician fixed our problems and helped us re-set up our sprinkler system and adjust our irrigation schedule. As time went by, our yard was looking better than before! Laci, the office lady, was courteous, polite, and friendly! She patiently answered all our questions and when we called she responded right away. Danny & Christian, the service technicians, were also professional! Words cannot express my gratitude and the awesome experience we encountered. We worked with many companies before, but Diamond irrigation for sure is one of the best in Omaha and it’s surrounding areas.
